About

Engineering, then people, then product.

I trained as a mechanical engineer at VJTI Mumbai before moving into product — the switch made more sense than it sounds. Engineering taught me to trust a system only once I understood every failure mode in it; product management is the same discipline applied to people, journeys and edge cases instead of load-bearing components.

Digital Channels

I joined ICICI Bank's Digital Channels team straight out of college and now own iMobile and WhatsApp Banking as sole PM on both — closer to running a small product org than a single feature line, across product, technology, design, compliance and operations.

Secretary

I ran operations and design for VJTI's annual festival — 40+ events, 100+ volunteers, sponsors and institutional stakeholders, delivered for 50,000+ attendees. During one particularly bad stretch of peak festival hours, I ended up simultaneously managing crowd de-escalation outside campus, team safety and event continuity — reallocating resources, coordinating with law enforcement, and personally talking down an agitated crowd until things came back under control. It's the kind of stakeholder management that doesn't show up in a PRD template, but it's the same muscle.
